4.1. DriveNow provides car rental services as an intermediary between Users and car
rental companies. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or safety of the rental
cars listed on our Platform. Users are solely responsible for their interactions and
transactions with car rental companies.
4.2. DriveNow shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or
exemplary damages arising from the use of our Platform or rental services.
